Terms of service

By creating an account or using Kairo you agree to these terms. If you use Kairo on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Kairo is a research tool. Reports, conviction scores, risk and opportunity factors, and AI-written commentary are informational only. They are not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in a report is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose your entire position. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for verifying claims against on-chain data before acting.

Reports are assembled from third-party providers that may be incomplete, delayed, rate-limited, or temporarily unreachable. Kairo labels missing evidence rather than guessing, but it does not warrant that any figure is accurate, current, or complete.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, or scoring methodology at any time.

• You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure.
• One account per person; accounts may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service at risk.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell, or redistribute Kairo reports or the underlying evidence as your own data product.
• Circumvent quotas, rate limits, authentication, or the referral programme, including through multiple or automated accounts.
• Use Kairo to promote, launder, or lend credibility to a token you are manipulating.
• Attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its providers.
• Present Kairo output as independent verification, an audit, or a guarantee to third parties.

• The Free plan includes 10 reports per calendar month. Bonus reports earned through referrals are added on top for that month and do not roll over.
• Pro is $29/mo, billed in advance through our payment provider and renewing automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and is not pro-rated.
• Fair-use applies to unlimited plans: sustained automated or abusive volume may be throttled.
• Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Taxes may be added where required.

Refunds are not issued for partially used periods. If billing is charged in error or the service was materially unavailable for your paid period, contact support and we will review the charge.

You keep ownership of the addresses you submit and the reports generated for your account. When you publish a share link you grant us permission to serve that report publicly until you disable sharing. Kairo, its interface, scoring methodology, and generated report templates remain our property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairo is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Kairo. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using Kairo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or legal requirement. On termination your right to use the service ends; data deletion follows the privacy policy.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version. Questions about these terms: support@kairo.app.
